Kaizen Kompas is led by its founder, Lama Yazbeck, who brings more than two decades of leadership and advisory experience across 40+ countries. Guided by the Kaizen philosophy, Lama built Kaizen Kompas as a collaborative platform, bringing together diverse experts to design practical, context-aware solutions.
